Shipping Policy
Dropifi currently ships orders within the United Kingdom only, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at this stage; however, expansion to other countries is planned for the near future.
We aim to dispatch 90% of all orders within one working day.
Orders placed between Saturday and Thursday are typically shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday are usually dispatched on Sunday or Monday, depending on courier availability.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be automatically uploaded to your account, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
The estimated delivery time for most orders is 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier service, destination, and external factors such as weather conditions or seasonal demand.
We may use one of the following trusted courier partners to deliver your parcels:
• Royal Mail
• EVRI
• Yodel
The choice of courier will depend on the delivery destination, parcel size, and weight to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective service.
The following shipping rates apply per item at checkout:
• £2.99 for deliveries within England and Wales
• £3.99 for deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.
We make every effort to ensure that all items listed on our website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. However, in rare cases, an item may become unavailable or be found damaged during the final quality check.
In such instances, we will make every effort to source a replacement promptly. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the reseller for the affected item.
