How to Place an Order

Placing an order with Dropifi is simple and quick. Once you’ve listed our products on your selling platforms (like eBay, Amazon, TikTok, or your website) and received an order from your customer, you can place the order easily through your Dropifi account.

Step 1: Sign in to Your Account
Log in to your Dropifi account using your registered email and password.

Step 2: Add Items to Your Cart
Find the products your customer has purchased and add them to your cart.
Make sure you select the correct size, colour, and quantity before proceeding to checkout.

Step 3: Enter Customer Details
At checkout, enter your customer’s full name and delivery address.
If you have multiple orders going to different addresses, you can add all of them in one go by including each item with its relevant customer information.

Step 4: Make Payment
After entering all the details, make the payment for your entire order.
Once the payment is confirmed, your order will appear in the Orders section of your account.

Step 5: Understanding Order Splitting
If you’ve placed a single order containing multiple items that need to be shipped to different addresses, don’t worry if you see that your main order (the “parent order”) appears as Unfulfilled & Cancelled.
This is part of our automatic order splitting system.
Here’s how it works:
When you place one large order with multiple delivery addresses, our system automatically splits it into several smaller orders (called child orders) — one for each shipping address.
These child orders will appear separately in your Orders section.
Each one will be processed and shipped individually to the correct customer.
This process ensures that every item is handled efficiently and delivered to the right address without any confusion or delay.

See the images below for an easy visual explanation of the order process and order splitting:

Step 6: Order Tracking
Once each item is shipped, the tracking number will be automatically uploaded to your account. You can view it anytime and share it with your customers so they can track their delivery easily.
